+Act as Technical Lead for front-end development providing architectural guidance technical direction and code standards Design develop and maintain scalable front-end applications including near real-time solutions using WebSocket or similar technologies Build and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations using modern charting libraries Collaborate with backend DevOps and product teams to ensure seamless system integration performance Drive code quality through peer reviews reusable component design and performance optimization Participate in sprint planning technical estimation delivery of assigned tasks projects Mentor junior developers promote a culture of learning technical excellence.
