    Description

    In your new role you will:

    • Equipment Troubleshooting (TS) and PM activities in the Thinning/SIC Area.
    • Perform standard calibration on the PM equipment
    • Fill up PM documentation as required (ex: e-checklist, TECO, E-book)and Tool counters.
    • Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment- "Report and escalate abnormality"
    • Maintenance PM daily/weekly planning.
    • Perform consumables/medium change out and Assist the engineer
    • Present timely at the production area, and meetings, and maintain a good attendance record. (Tardiness)
    • Comply with equipment, process, and safety procedure and OCAP
    • Assist Production as needed to ensure Production targets are met.
    • Good 5S practice & Proper shift pass down.
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Diploma (technical) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics.
    • Fresh Graduate /Min 3 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, or a related industry.
    • Proactive, independent, and able to work at a fast pace in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
    • Must be able to work in a Clean Room environment and Shift work
