- To assist the Logistics Manager in matters related to QHSE certification and implementation.
- Review and updating the Risk Assessment Register (QHSE and Security)
- Conduct QHSE related training to new employee and existing employee
- Assist in reviewing & updating QHSE documentation to ensure it is aligning with the corporate format/requirement.
- To conduct workplace inspection periodically for all sites and follow up to ensure all the action agreed are closed.
- Ensure that corrective action raise is closely timely with the concerned department
- Update all QHSE documentation/reporting timely.
- To conduct internal audit on the IMS certification that company have.
- Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Continuity / Safety / Quality Management / Logistics Management
- Good planning, developing, implementing skills with a keen eye for process improvement or identifying opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and/or as a team player
- Able to work under pressure to deliver results with "hands-on" personality
