    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • To be involved in all aspect of accounting functions and provide assistance to Head of Finance from time to time
    • To handle accounts receivable/payables and other related financial matters in the system
    • To prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
    • Responsible to ensure companyâs accounting records & systems are complied with companyâs policies, related tax & statutory requirements.
    • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultant, Bankers and local Authorities
    • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
    • Min 3 years of working experience in finance and administrative function or related capacity.
    • Good oral and written communication skills in English
    • Analytical, results-oriented, flexible and can work independently in a high pace dynamic working environment.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization and coordination skills with an excellent time management skill in meeting deadlines.
