Tax Assistant - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - C.K & Associates

Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for individual and corporate tax compliance including tax audit and tax investigations
• Prepare tax computation and tax filing for companies, partnership, associations, sole-proprietors and individuals.
• Manage and comply with all tax submission deadlines for the portfolio of clients
• Communicate with clients on tax issues and engagement process
• Attend to correspondence and liaise with Inland Revenue Board officers
• Supervises junior staff and provide on-job training for junior staffs.
• Any other assignments deemed appropriate

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification and/or a degree in Accounting/Finance/Law/Taxation or equivalent
• Preferably 1 years' relevant working experience in related field for experienced level
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, independent and a good team player
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
• Software knowledge: Superior Tax Comp (added advantage)
• Computer literate with strong knowledge in Microsoft office products
• Candidates who are pursuing Professional Accounting qualifications (eg. ACCA/CPA) are encouraged to apply
