    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage day-to-day operation of overall accounting and financial activities
    • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
    • Compilation and reconciliation of accounts data.
    • Make preparation of bank reconciliations and other accounting duties.
    • Manage petty cash claims, and payment
    • Assist in general clerical task and duties.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
    • At least 3 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
    • Candidate must possess knowledge in full set accounts.
    • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word & Autocount System).
    • Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skills, multi-task and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Good proficiency in written and conversational English and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
