  • Delivering accounting and finance related business transformation & governance with a high degree of quality and timeliness, taking into consideration and prioritising based on business impact, regulatory requirements and resource constraints.
  • Overall efficiency, effectiveness and quality improvements in GFS's operations through continuous review of processes/systems and implementation of enhancements.
  • Individual training and development program
  • Individual quarterly review progress
  • To liaise with P2P Lead of Procure To Pay on the detailed discussion of project and system issues in relation to the execution of projects and enhancements SAPCOE solution architects and support team on details of SAP issues and execution of enhancements Various other Heads, Deputy Heads and team members for any matters related to GFS
  • To liaise with Group Finance in HK for accounting and finance related business requirements and discussion on accounting technical matters Group Sourcing in HK for procurement related business requirements and discussion on sourcing technical matters Local Investment Operation, Finance, Treasury and Sourcing team on any details of matters for discussions impacting GFS outsourcing migration projects and operations External solution providers on any matters relating to system solutions External and internal auditors for audit meetings and audit field work.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Education:University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Financial EngineeringPursuing Internationally Recognised Professional Process Improvement Qualification (Lean Six Sigma etc) is an added advantage
  • Experience:3+ years accounting and finance experience with a multi-national asset management/insurance operation, and/or accounting and auditing experience with a big-sized accounting firm specialising in the financial services industry.Experience in a shared services or similar environment, executing outsourcing migration projects in relation to accounting and finance servicesExperience in a shared services or similar environment, identifying areas for process simplification and improvement to undertake process enhancement projects in relation to accounting and finance services
  • Specific Business Knowledge:Knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP CM, Ariba, Concur, BI and BPCKnowledge in Robotic Processing Automation and Artificial Intelligence tools in the marketProficient in Microsoft Office with excellent MS Excel skills including Macro knowledgeKnowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is added advantageKnowledge of control environments/internal controls in an accounting and finance operation is an added advantage
