    SENIOR EXECUTIVE, GROUP FINANCE

    Description

    Assist Group Reporting team in ensuring delivery of reports e.g. annual reports, statutory reports including audited financial statements and quarterly report and management reports.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. Prepare and submit the financial statements, quarterly report, management report, supporting schedules and all regulatory reports on a timely basis.

    2. Timely preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and Annual Report for regulatory reporting in compliance with the listing requirement and any other regulatory bodies.

    3. Performs financial and variance analysis of the Group results on a monthly and ad hoc basis.

    4. Coordinate and oversee the overall conduct of audit exercise and liaise with internal and external auditors for completion of the audit.

    5. Compliance with statutory requirements and enforcing policies, guidelines and procedures.

    6. Monitor the smooth running of the functions of the department and ensure proper internal controls and systems.

    7. Update with the latest applicable accounting standards and other developments in accounting.

    8. Comply with all Acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations pertaining to and/or affecting the company's business and be conversant with all statutory updates (where required) as may be introduced thereto.

    9. To perform any other tasks as and when instructed by the Supervisor from time to time.

    Education

    Degree or Professional qualification in related fields.

    Experience

    1. Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience with audit experience is preferred.2. Computer literate, competent in Ms Office applications especially in Ms Excel.3. Meticulous and good analytical skills, committed with a strong sense of responsibility
