- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes and develop scalable solutions based on Salesforce platform.
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce-based solutions that are aligned with business needs and our IT landscape strategy.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective -Design and develop technical solutions through the creation of comprehensive technical designs, documentation, code review and system testing.
- Lead the implementation of the designed solutions.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, Schaeffler security, and compliance for Salesforce solutions.
- Documentation of architecture models in Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio
- Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends and lead discussions on improvements in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead and manage junior architects and developers, and act as a mentor to the Salesforce development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in architecting and developing Salesforce solutions.
- Must have Salesforce Certified System Architect or Technical Architect certification.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Skilled in designing and developing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Knowledgeable in application, integration, data, and security architecture.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
