    Job Description:

    The IT Security Penetration Tester will be responsible for conducting security assessments and penetration testing of our organization's IT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats. This includes performing technical security assessments of systems and applications, analyzing network configurations and architecture, and testing security controls and countermeasures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conducting penetration testing of IT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats
    2. Reviewing existing IT security controls and assessing gaps in coverage
    3. Providing recommendations and solutions to mitigate identified security risks
    4. Developing and maintaining security assessment methodologies and procedures
    5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends and applying this knowledge to security assessments
    6. Communicating findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and clients
    7. Assisting with the development of security policies and procedures
    8. Collaborating with other IT teams to implement security solutions and best practices

    Minimum Qualification and Experience

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken

    Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT security and penetration testing

    Hard Skills

    Must Have:

    • Knowledge of security testing tools and techniques, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and threat modeling
    • Strong understanding of network security concepts and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and encryption
    • Experience with application security testing and web application security concepts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

    Nice to Have: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are preferred.
