    Description

    Tasks

    Be responsible for planning, organizing and rolling out events, online & offline marketing and PR efforts in Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. Your actions will aim at reaching potential B2B customers, contributing to the sales of entire plants, stand-alone machines, digital products and after-sales services. You will collaborate on a daily basis with country sales and marketing team of Southeast Asia as well as with product and marketing teams based in Europe and China.

    Support marketing in Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute marketing plans for the territories assigned. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and handle external suppliers where necessary.

    Execute marketing campaigns
    Launch communication and lead generation campaigns as part of headquarters', regional or country initiatives. Ensure appropriate localization, including content, languages, channels (e.g., email, social media, direct messaging) and timeline (e.g., seasonalities).

    Create content: videos, flyers, other collaterals
    Organize the localization of content for the assigned territories. Coordinate the creation of original local content (success stories, reference videos, event coverage) with external agencies. Ensure adherance of branding and marketing corporate guidelines across supports.

    Organize events: seminars, conferences, exhibitions
    Coordinate concept and booth design with suppliers. Drive organization, preparation and team participation until show. Ensure proper lead dispatch to sales teams after event. Monitor results, costs and report.

    Market intelligence & CRM
    Analyze market data for territories assigned. Drive CRM initiatives to boost adoption. Monitor CRM data quantity and quality. Build customer insights through customer visits, surveys, interviews, etc.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Communication or Management or equivalent
  • Fluent English spoken and written (content creation)
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu or Bengali
  • 3 years' experience in B2B marketing with event and digital marketing experience
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. CRM, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience developing social media in Malaysia / Bangladesh
  • Experience in supporting or leading end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience in organizing and executing B2B events
