    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Revenue Operations team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a pivotal role within Annata, providing leadership to a dynamic team responsible for sales operations, partner operations, and revenue insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Revenue Operations team, ensuring strategic alignment with global sales, customer success and marketing initiatives.
    • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across sales, customer success and partner operations.
    • Lead the development and execution of revenue insights strategies.
    • Manage the implementation and optimization of sales tools such as Annata's Sales Playbook, ROI calculator, etc.
    • Manage reporting mechanisms to inform leadership and stakeholders on performance metrics.
    • Calculate Sales Commission
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
    • Oversee Microsoft compliance and funding tools, ensuring that global sales team gets support when they need sales funding.
    • Manage Annata's price list with input/partnership from Annata's leadership team and Product.
    • Work with Customer Success and/or Sales Team on license renewals
    • You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, potentially across different regions.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A strategic leader with over 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations within a global software company.
    • A track record of success in managing and scaling revenue operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
    • A visionary with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
