- Build RMA Work Orders processing as needed and handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
- Handle timely processing of RMAs to meet SLA
- Maintain efficiency/workflow reports and open issues tracker
- Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; crafting new documents as required
- Ensuring compliance with all security/loss prevention policies and procedures post-disposition of physical scrap material
- Run end to end RMA flows (Customer returns and Vendor returns)
- Other related logistics projects
- You'll work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required
- You'll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the Si supply chain and operations to meet key business metrics.
- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Highly independent and can work in an ambiguous environment.
- Collaborative and teamwork demeanor.
- Critical and strategic thinker.
- Problem solver
- 3-5 years logistics experience
- Possess excellent communication skills (written &verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
- Reverse and forward logistics experience in a manufacturing industry
