- Exhibit a sales personality – at the counter and on the telephone
- Constantly acquire and provide information to customer regarding local attraction, traffic regulations, hotels, restaurants and interesting spots
- Enhance customer satisfaction via customer relationship skills
- Manage the delivery process of vehicles to customers by ensuring that the vehicles are in good condition with valid road tax
- Manage rental agreement, payment and system update
- Ensure sufficient vehicles to meet the confirmed reservations.
- Exhibit a sales personality – at the counter and on the telephone.
- To provide accurate information to customers.
- To turn inquiries into sales.
- Know and understand the service being sold.
- Maintain a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Qualify customer in accordance with the company policy.
- Provide customer satisfaction by expressing a sincere interest in his need.
- Handle and transmit reservation in accordance with SOP.
- To update the conformed reservation into the CarPro System.
- Any other job as instructed by the Supervisor.
