Job Description:

Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned products, generate new sales opportunities.
Plan and organize sales activities, service arrangement, solution to identify and fulfill customers' needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
Gains customers' acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements in products.
Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.
Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering, and application trends.
Cooperate with the credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue.
Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Degree or diploma holders from engineering background, SPM can consider if really good experience.
Good in presentation skill, computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Points etc).
Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
Good working attitude & persistency in pursuing own goals.
Strong customer focused.
Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability.
Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
Optimistic and willing to find solutions when facing obstacles.
A person with Pressure Resistance.
Able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Training will be provided.
