About the People and Culture Specialist Role:
You will report to the HR Manager and cross-collaborate with other stakeholders in the office with a focus on compensation and benefits, talent management and overall HR programme success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partner

• Talent management and budget calibration with the functional lead
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Performance review

Compensation

• Salary planning and benchmarking
• Data analytics
• Monthly/yearly payroll and report generation

Talent Management

• End-to-end talent acquisition for designated functions
• Career talks and discussions
• Talent development and retention strategies

To succeed in this People and Culture Specialist role, you must have five or more years' relevant work experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or other related disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all levels
• Self-motivated and committed team player
