    ROSEN Asia Pacific is recruiting Maintenance Engineer and Technician for Mechanical/Electronics to join our exciting Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidate will be train and equipped with all aspects on the job, in addition to your talents, skills and competencies as quality does matter in this industry.

    This role require activities mainly in-based office (workshop) and occasionally challenging fieldwork that will bring you to all corners in Asia Pacific region. People with the right attitude & mindset is valued the most in the carrier enhancement.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and assembling the mechanical and electronic equipment in accordance to drawings, parts lists, manuals, and configurations provided in the work order
  • Visual checking and responsible for final assembly for all mechanical and/or electronic component
  • Setting equipment parameters
  • Repairing equipment in accordance with work instructions (SOP)
  • Checking all equipment for completeness and properly function, to ensure that the equipment is fit for purpose
  • Generate quality document for the assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases
  • Diagnose, repair, record and report all defects of equipment
  • Providing the required test reports and other documentation to Final Test Engineer
  • Supporting other process in mechanical and electronic matters
  • Carrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions
  • Requirements

    Requirements
  • Diploma and Bachelor degree in any engineering field with 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with above skills, and active in sports with healthy lifestyle are strongly encourage to apply
  • Work experience in relevant field (including automotive industry) with a proven track record
  • Competency certification related to the industry is preferred
  • Acquainted and independent handling of mechanical assembly
  • Good skills in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Good understanding of mechanical drawings and electronic diagrams
  • Good soldering skills is an added advantage
  • Basic skills in electronics repair is an added advantage
  • Problem solving aptitude and quality focus approach
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English, additional language is an added value
  • Be flexible, raise timely red flag and work towards achieving organization goals
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Willing to travel local and abroad in short notice
  • Poses a valid driving license and passport
  • Ability to pass medical exams as well as multiple client-site required drug and alcohol tests
  • Fit to perform heavy mechanical tasks in challenging environment
