    Role Responsibilities

    Partnership initiatives
    • Implement and execute propositions for digital partnership initiatives and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop/enhance new/existing products and services to meet partnership/customer needs
    • To maintain good relationship with strategic partners and be the point of contact for all matters relating to the strategic partners including the initial agreements setup

    Customer Campaigns

    • Creation of new campaigns (customer or acquisitions)
    • Track and monitor campaign results and provide the milestones and key-learnings of the campaign and its effectiveness.
    • Understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure that deliverables are compliant at all times.
    • Conduct regular competitive and market research and analysis

    Agency platform enhancement related initiatives
    • To oversee the end-to-end development, implementation and operationalization of the related platforms
    • Support in all enhancement related initiatives including formation of system requirements, user acceptance testing and ensuring the post-deployment enhancements are successful and working in order
    • Support in process improvement and formulation of operational flow in supporting online distribution

    Lead Management
    • Facilitate and coordinate leads management functionality
    • To undertake demographic analysis on customers to help the management understand better on customers' demographic to influence the customer segments to target, from product design and channel perspective
    • Monitor the effectiveness of lead management process to constantly improve conversion rates by Agents.

    Role Qualification

    • Relevant professional qualification and / or degree in Marketing and customer marketing, statistical studies or business analytics is welcome to apply
    • Minimum 6-7 years working experience in areas of digital campaign management, partnership and customer marketing
    • Knowledge in Takaful and/or insurance products is preferred
    • Project management and intermediate data/statistical skills is a must.
    • Excellent English/Malay writing and effective communication skills is required
