    The work location for the position would be considered based in Shah Alam, Selangor Malaysia.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts site visits and performance reviews with Operations management to share best practices, improve staff performance, determine resource needs, and achieve operating plan goals.
  • Drives weekly reviews with Operations to identify corrective actions for improving operations performance.
  • Lead cross-divisional, complex projects supporting key focus areas and following established company process improvement methodologies and standards and ensure implementation of workshop results.
  • Manages and monitors projects at a program level ensuring schedules, scope and costs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Has advance knowledge of program and project management principals, practices and tools.
  • Coach and mentor operations staff involved in process improvement and process improvement staff and conduct process improvement training.
  • Conduct Green Belt training and mentor individuals towards Green Belt Certification.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with project teams, operations heads and process improvement staff to support successful completion of projects.
  • Identify and communicate any unresolved problems or possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction.
  • Advocate continuous improvement of products and processes by soliciting for new process improvement opportunities.
  • Champion local and region Continuous Improvement competitions and provide guidance and direction to the participants on their project submissions.
  • We are looking for:

  • Operation Excellence working experience is mandatory (good to have 3PL Operations, Operation Process Innovation Planning & Implementing, Cost Saving, Data Analysis, etc.)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interest in Data managing and analyzing
  • Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people
  • Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt/ Black belt certified is good to have.
  • Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Visio, etc.), MS SQL, VBA etc.
