- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline of its equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years experience in SQE role in a MNC environment with solid understanding of copy exact principles
- Solid understanding of an effective RCCA and/or 8D Report
- Good Technical and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mind-set, diligent and accurate while working under a time pressure
- Self-motivated and flexible individual able to function in a high energy, fast paced team environment with minimal direction.
- SAP experience knowledge
- General supplier quality assurance oversight. This includes addressing non-coming part issues and reconciliation with any relevant POR documentation
- Point of contact for any suppliers FAIRs. This includes the associated supplier training for such topics as CETraining, critical parts PQP and 8D report expectations
- Lead the MRB team for resolution of defective material issues
- SAP part maintenance (ZMM02, Inspection Plans, Q-Masks, etc.)
