    Role Type: Initial 1 Year and Extendable Contract

    Job Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
    Working hours:
    Normal shift ( hybrid working arrangement)

    Job Description:

    • Provides administrative support in the ODM billing process
    • Maintains database by entering, updating, approving & sending invoice, credit Note & debit Note
    • Assists & coordinates with internal departments & customer to resolve billing disputes
    • Checks and verify invoice record in database
    • Adheres to credit note policy & approval matrix for credit notes / debit note issuance
    • Checks and verifies invoice record in the database
    • Supports internal metrics
    • Continue effective communication with Business Partners and recommend process improvement initiatives
    Qualification & Skills:


    • Degree in Business Management / Administration, Accounting / CPA qualified, professional qualification in Accounting such as MICPA, ASCPA, ACCA or CIMA
    • 0 – 3 years experiences
    • Fresh grad can be considered with mandarin speaking ability.
    • Mandarin speaking will be mandatory
    • Preferable with working experience in MNC / Public Accounting firm
    • Good Communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft programs, especially in Excel and Access.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines at times with resource constraint
    • Proven Analytical Skills and Extremely Process Driven
    • Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player
