Description

• Maintains Inventory in WMS system & physical count of inventory, and reconsiles actual stock count to WMS generated reports monthly & yearly.
• Oversee inventory system (WMS) to ensure the stock accuracy been managed according to company guidelines.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, market return & cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product movement; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock & records.
• Involve in Implement warehouse system operational flow improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain record of ALL items receipts by register incoming items into WMS Biztrack System.
• Prepare, generate & compiled Delivery Order (DO) for respective project / Client / others using WMS Biztrack.
• Prepare, generate & update Monthly inventory reports to AP every end of the month.
• To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stoc on a regular basis by working closely with Planner and AP.
• Involved in develops, maintains, and adopts the best operational procedures and practices for inventory control and tries to find out discrepancies and determines the root cause for the issue found.
• Perform other related duties as well as assist Others department when required.
