    Description

    Job Requirement:

    • Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
    • Preferably possess backend support working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
    • Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants entry-level discussions are possible based on previous experience.
    • Previous experience in backend support, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and data.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
