- Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Preferably possess backend support working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants entry-level discussions are possible based on previous experience.
- Previous experience in backend support, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and data.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
