    Description
    ImportConfirm BL data post vessel departure.
    Submit K4 manifest and Upload discharge list 48 hours before ETA. (Westport, Northport).Declare DG cargo in LPK.Send NOA and Invoice 48 hours before ETA.Release e-do within 24 hours.
    Issue demurrage, detention and container repair invoice within 3 days.
    Issue reefer monitoring invoice post Port bill.
    Follow-up on payments and long stay containers.
    Prepare monthly FOT Report within 7 days and lifting report within 5 days.
    Close job post completion.
    ExportRelease booking, update in port system.
    Follow up on draft BL, billing, release BL, shipment status.
    Submit outward manifest (K5).Follow up payment before releasing shipment/BL.Communicate with customers, build relationships.
    Support team, perform cross-functional tasks.
    Prepare delay/shut out letters if needed.
    Send shipment pre-alerts.

    Must possess at least SPM; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    A minimum of 1 year of CS & Doc experience in a relevant field is required for this role.
    Proficient in Microsoft ExcelProactive, quick-thinking, and positive learning attitude.
    Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, result-oriented, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
    Bilingual in multi-language to communicate with multinational workforce.
    Able to start work within short notice.
