    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
    The incumbent is responsible for promoting and selling our products directly or indirectly to hospitals and medical professionals. The incumbent will build strong customer relations through excellent customer service and clinical knowledge.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth
  • Attend to doctors or KOLs ( Cardiologists & Electrophysiologists) in private or government hospitals
  • Work directly with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks or channel partners on tenders
  • Provide technical support, including tools maintenance, testing, directly or indirectly to field and inquiries from doctors promptly
  • Assist in implantations/procedures and follow-up closely
  • Resolve issues and conducting root cause analysis
  • Ensure strategic account plans are developed and implemented effectively
  • Manage key processes and procedures involved in the sales while maintaining compliance to established business and healthcare compliance regulation guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures
  • Initiate sales activities & CME's
  • Support the marketing team on programs, workshops or congress, as and when required
  • Support clinical studies, if any
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering or related field of medical discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the medical industry
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Self motivated to achieve sales target
  • Able to build good relationship with customers
  • Strong teamwork
  • Traveling is required
  • May require off-working hour and weekend on-call service to customers.
