    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive located in Kota Damansara. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, building relationships with potential clients, managing existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Executive will also be responsible for providing product information, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Job Description

    • Introduce and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
    • Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
    • Repair disengaged or fractured relationships.
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
    • Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients including suggesting upgrades or cross sell any products / services that may be of interest to clients.
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of company's products and services in order to propose suitable recommendations and customized products according to customers' needs and requirements
    • Settle clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, etc.
    • At least 2 years prior experience is preferable though not necessary
    • Fluent in English language
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
    • Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
    • Passion for customer service and satisfaction
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
