- Introduce and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
- Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Repair disengaged or fractured relationships.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
- Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients including suggesting upgrades or cross sell any products / services that may be of interest to clients.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company's products and services in order to propose suitable recommendations and customized products according to customers' needs and requirements
- Settle clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
- A degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, etc.
- At least 2 years prior experience is preferable though not necessary
- Fluent in English language
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Passion for customer service and satisfaction
