    Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Sales tools in Salesforce and Oracle systems
  • Working with Product Management, Sales, and Sales Operation teams to co-ordinate go-to-market plans for new product releases.
  • Assist with process queries from Sales, Product Management and Operation teams
  • Monitor the overall effectiveness of sales enablement via regular feedback with internal teams and provide solutions for process improvement.
  • Assist with the coordination and communication of any changes to process / system enhancements.
  • Ensuring all materials are created and accessible on internal systems, communicating these clearly to relevant teams.
  • Provide training where necessary on new processes for the Sales / Sales Ops team to adopt.
  • Ownership over Master Data / Price list maintenance
  • Work with Management on formulating standard Sales Processes across the Organization
  • Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in the following: Process improvementManaging documentationSalesforce System management (required)Presenting trainingsSales Enablement
  • Competence with PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to work EMEA hours (4pm to 1am) Mondays to Fridays.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) in English
