    The Head Sales Productivity & Client Portfolio for Priority Banking will be responsible for leading and driving the sales productivity and portfolio growth for the Priority Banking business. This role will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to grow wealth business, increase team productivity/product participation/wealth penetration and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, sales discipline management, portfolio management, and a deep understanding of the wealth management industry.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales management and sales discipline strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the sales leaders in providing coaching tools, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop sales operating rhythm and sales hurdle plan
  • Build a structured pipeline and sales tracking management framework.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new sales approaches/tools and differentiated KYC conversation to help RMs to deepen the relationship with clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
  • Develop and actively manage the client portfolio management framework to increase clients' product holdings
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay-up-to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

    Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing & any related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, portfolio management, or a related field in the wealth management industry
  • Strong passion in wealth management business and to contribute the skills and knowledge to motivate and inspire team members to achieve higher goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex issues together with strong business acumen and financial management skills
