Responsibilities

• To advise clients/banks/financial institutions on syndicated/corporate/commercial loan matters.
• To draft, review and negotiate syndicated/corporate/commercial loan documentation independently without supervision.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• To work on expanding the bank's corporate client base.
• To attend meetings with clients as and when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 PQE in corporate banking practice.
• Able to independently draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial loan-related contracts and documentation for example, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, mortgage, and SME/corporate loans.
• Has a strong interest in business development-related activities and building new clientele for the firm.
