    The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

    We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Develop & enhance retail Conventional and Islamic scheme deposit products from end-to-end to align with the product segment strategy; from ideation, market research, testing or survey, review as well as handling management & regulatory approvals
  • Oversee all aspects of product management including testing, technology requirements and enhancements, product collaterals & documents such as terms and conditions.
  • Work with various stakeholders throughout the product and process development stages.
  • Ensure regulatory & compliance requirements with regards to deposits are adhered to.
  • Establish & review product operating procedures, conduct process enhancement relating to deposits & improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Development & review of alternative channels of acquisition through online & offline platforms.
  • Determine & implement effective pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness & affordability
  • Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product development, management and/or portfolio management
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Able to exercise clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
