- Develop & enhance retail Conventional and Islamic scheme deposit products from end-to-end to align with the product segment strategy; from ideation, market research, testing or survey, review as well as handling management & regulatory approvals
- Oversee all aspects of product management including testing, technology requirements and enhancements, product collaterals & documents such as terms and conditions.
- Work with various stakeholders throughout the product and process development stages.
- Ensure regulatory & compliance requirements with regards to deposits are adhered to.
- Establish & review product operating procedures, conduct process enhancement relating to deposits & improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Development & review of alternative channels of acquisition through online & offline platforms.
- Determine & implement effective pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness & affordability
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, management and/or portfolio management
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Able to exercise clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
