    Summary

    Our client is a reputable company in the metaphysics industry. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as HR and Admin Manager.

    The HR and Admin Manager plays a crucial leadership role, tasked with supervising administrative and human resources operations. This position entails directing the administrative team, enforcing HR policies, and guaranteeing smooth daily operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, performance management, compensation, attendance and admin.
    • To liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements
    • Review, formulate, develop, and implement Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness
    • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support the company's long-term objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimun 5 years of HR Generalist or similar role experience.
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
