- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, performance management, compensation, attendance and admin.
- To liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements
- Review, formulate, develop, and implement Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support the company's long-term objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimun 5 years of HR Generalist or similar role experience.
- People oriented and results driven
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
