    Duties:

    The Service Associate This role is a crucial support member of the Learning and Development team, contributing to the facilitation, implementation, and coordination of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees. This role is also in charge of handling the online learning platform for a smoother learning experience. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to assist in the execution of various learning initiatives.

    Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills verbal, written and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel applications;
  • Diploma or equivalent with Minimum 1 year working experience;
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
