    Description

    Position Name: AI Product Operations Expert

    Responsibilities:

    • Fully responsible for planning and executing AI operations projects, including the design, deployment, and optimization of intelligent robots and auxiliary tools to improve customer service efficiency and user satisfaction.
    • Deeply analyze user interaction data and feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize the performance and user experience of AI services.
    • Develop and maintain best practices and processes for AI operations, ensuring the efficiency and consistency of operational activities.
    • Work closely with product, technology, and data teams to advance the integration and application of AI technologies, ensuring AI projects align with business needs and objectives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of AI operations, adjusting strategies in a timely manner to meet or exceed goals.
    • Track industry trends and technological developments, evaluate the potential application of new tools and technologies, and continuously improve operational efficiency and user experience.

    Requirements:

    • Over 3 years of experience in AI or customer service operations, with a successful track record of implementing and managing complex operational projects. Candidates with a background in Java, Python, or similar technologies are preferred.
    • Deep understanding of the application of AI technologies in the field of customer service, familiar with the operational practices of intelligent robots and natural language processing.
    • Strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions to optimize operational processes and user experience.
    • Excellent project management and teamwork skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Outstanding communication and influence skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
    • Innovative and problem-solving capabilities, able to adapt and respond to challenges in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to effectively set priorities and manage time in a multitasking environment.
