    Job Description

    Position: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

    Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of HR Operation functions such as: Recruitment & Selection, Disciplinary Matters, Training & Development Administration, etc;
  • Adhere to company's policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the local laws;
  • Coordinate with the respective departments on induction for new employees, exit clearance and salary final settlement for separation;
  • Internship management including working closely with targeted institutions/ universities
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs
  • Administer corporate programs – e.g. wellness program and employee welfare.
  • Liaise with employee on insurance and medical issues, and collate documents for submission of insurance claims;
  • Oversee HRDC and training matters
  • Employee engagement activities and drive Company committee to organise events
  • Checking on Monthly time sheets
  • Provide monthly payroll updates/ information for payroll service provider
  • Any other HR admin duties
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in HR Management/ Business Admin Management or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Competencies: accurate, initiative, organized, service minded and team player.
