- Perform data entry into Bank Systems (Loan Origination system & Onboarding system) for loan/financing and account opening applications
- Perform preliminary checking on Loan/Financing applications.
- Perform data entry checking in Loan/Financing applications and purchase Credit reports via EmB Loan Origination System.
- To extract searches and screening for account opening, loan/financing and other various purposes.
- Perform Credit Proposal (CP) submissions' data entry and quality checking against CP submission requirements.
- To prepare Letter of Offer and security documents for loan/financing applications
- To prepare Letter of Instruction to Solicitor and/or Valuer.
- To liaise with various stakeholders (i.e. Sales personnel, Compliance officers, Risk Approvers, etc. regarding relevant daily job functions.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related area is preferred.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of SME loan/financing processing experience in banking industry.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc
- Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and team oriented.
- Able to manage administrative duties, ad-hoc assignment and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
- Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player.
