    Job Description

    This role focuses on leading the team towards a collaborative and performance based culture, implementing transformative, high-quality projects and services throughout the mutiple locations of the company.

    Specifically, you will provide leadership in the areas of:

    • Reports directly to the CEO; will lead a dedicated team responsible to drive and execute overall program of work to meet operating and financial business plan. Involve collaboration with external partners and advisors.
    • High level orchestrator of multiple discrete initiatives aimed at driving business results
    • Has responsibility for making the day-to-day decisions and driving the implementation of the initiatives.
    • Keeps eye on the overall business goal, ensures that all workstreams are on track to meeting the business outcomes and not just the timeline and activities
    • Monitors performance and effectiveness of the various workstreams, leads problem solving of major issues and alerts the steering committee if project is going off tangent
    • Works with the workstream leads and healthcare advisers, ensures that plans developed are executable and properly staffed to meet objectives set.
    • Works with the leadership and healthcare advisers on developing new initiatives to drive value for the business.

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, related graduate degree, or equivalent work experience required
    • 15+ years with executive level experience with a progressive, consumer-oriented business. Preference will be given to those with previous experience and expertise as an executive in operations of or closely related managed health care business.
    • Extensive experience in senior (director or VP level) in MNC working environment
    • Adept in developing strategic plans, standards, and guidelines for roadmaps and services
    • A proven track record of developing, planning, and managing large scale, complex transformational projects
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, backed by excellent communication, influence, and relational skills
    • Ability to establish strong teams in complex, matrixed, multi vendor environments.
    • Ability to effectively meet with and present information to Board, clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
    • Moderate out of town travel, as needed
