- Execute enterprise infrastructure services operational initiatives, including ICT business continuity plans, infrastructure and database performance monitoring, contract management, and license renewal.
- Monitor relevant systems or technology to ensure optimal infrastructure performance for the organisation.
- Carry out planned infrastructure project activities with adherence to Labuan FSA's policies and procedures, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting stakeholders' expectations.
- Provide first-level IT support to staff for software and hardware technologies and participate in other related projects and initiatives to support Labuan FSA's IT agenda.
- Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address digital and technology issues, providing effective advice and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in digital and technology, recommending and implementing continuous improvements to the infrastructure framework, policy, process, and system.
- Must have SPM/SKM/SVM
- Degree/master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Infrastructure products is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, or;
