About the Role

1.Assisting Senior Manager in driving and paving analytics roadmap and charter to align and support business strategies through the usage of analytics rigor and methodologies.
2.Provision of business insights to drive data-driven business decision making for Operations Division, utilizing both internal database and externally sourced data.
3.Manage and monitor key business and performance metrics, conduct data investigations and analysis on data trends to improve customer experience, identify opportunities to drive efficiency and derive actionable management plan to stakeholders

Maintain existing data solutions, reports & dashboards, and identify and act upon opportunities to improve process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies

Design/Perform business-oriented, comprehensive, accurate reporting system/ Analysis to monitor the performance of business, to locate risk and to discover potential business opportunities

Perform in-depth analysis and observations on portfolio and collaborate cross-functionality to identify opportunities for business growth

Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements, design, and develop a data model, dashboard, reports that best fits the users' needs

Lead analytics framework development and strengthen the use of analytics across the Operations division, plan, execute and manage Analytics and BI projects.

Use visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel or PowerPoint to present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable and easy to interpret by business users.

Prepare and present findings to senior management in a logical, concise, and articulate manner.

Ensure discipline in documentation of assumptions, observations, and findings.

Exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.

Supporting in continuous development of self-service BI/Analytics/Reporting Platform for end users

Manage management reporting to regional office and any reports required from local regulator

Support in developing, driving and coordinating a consolidated business strategy, and actively participate in supporting strategy implementation

Identify and analyze strategic opportunities across Operations; identify gaps and actions required to deliver these strategies
