Job Description

Degree in Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of Process Safety engineering experience in the design of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Projects. Familiar with process safety study, risk assessment study, HAZOP, IPF/SIL, Human Factor Engineering (HFE), F&G Mapping, Alarm Management Study, gas dispersion study, RAM, MCF, etc. Understand Code and Standards used in Process Safety and good knowledge in DOE requirement. Good knowledge and ability in Risk Engineering Software. Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation. Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Good skill and some experience in the application of Auto-CAD. PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Project as a minimum). Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Able to work long hours. Well verse with PTS related to process safety would be an added advantage.
