    Description
    A leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CDNetworks network infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
    • Develop and implement network operations procedures, and best practices to ensure service quality and reliability.
    • Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of network performance metrics, such as uptime, latency, and throughput.
    • Coordinate the resolution of network incidents and outages, ensuring timely and effective communication with reporting manager.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to team members.
    • Serve as a point of contact for NOC engineers.
    • Other duties as required.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in network operations, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
    • Expertise in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
    • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex network operations challenges.
