    Open Position: Business Operations & Customer Support, Manager (MNC Health & Wellness Company)



    An MNC Health & Wellness Company is currently hiring Business Operations & Customer Support, Manager to lead the Customer Support Team based in the Kuala Lumpur office.



    Key responsibilities include:

    • Having more than 8 years of working experience with exposure in either Business Operations, Customer Support or Continuous Improvement activities within regional countries
    • Maintains and improves daily operations by monitoring ticket system performance and identifying and resolving problems
    • Work closely with the team with a strong focus on operational strategies by evaluating team results via ticketing and customer satisfaction survey
    • Proactively analyse information from a range of data sources to understand common issues and process related gaps
    • Coordinate with the regional stakeholders for project support, portfolio development and management, setting priorities and incident resolutions as well
    • Provide leadership to the team on the adoption of best practices and processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from regional stakeholders
    • Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
