- Develop overarching digital marketing strategies and annual/quarterly digital marketing plans, with assistance of other departments to drive sales.
- Project manage major marketing projects, which will involve research, planning, agency management and rollout.
- Build and train relevant skillsets and expertise within the Digital Marketing Team.
- Be the point of contact for management and other business units in regard to marketing related matters.
- Represent the department on reporting matters related to marketing in various management meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Integrating an omnichannel approach to drive synergy of brand in both online (ecommerce and digital marketing) and offline presence.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing and e-commerce activities. Ensure cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
- Drive the optimization of the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize online sales.
- Utilize data analytics to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce activities.
- Stay informed about digital marketing and e-commerce trends and technologies. Integrate innovative tools and solutions to enhance performance.
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience on the e-commerce platform and through digital marketing channels.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership.
- Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Digital marketing expertise with specialization in performance marketing, ecommerce and content creation.
- Has basic knowledge on marketing communications; branding, PR, ATL & BTL.
- Team leadership – department planning, team building and management.
- Project management.
- Experienced in working with senior management, and possesses the ability to create, get buy in for and execute cross functional initiative.
