    On a typical day you'll be...
    • Leading the development of our web-based people management and data processing tools
    • Maintaining and developing a thorough and up-to-date working technical knowledge of our enterprise digital solutions
    • Maintaining a detailed technical understanding of our products, systems, technologies, architecture, and data sets
    • Multitasking development projects with internal application support requests
    • Meeting with clients to document requirements and identify areas where processes can be improved through technology

    To be brilliant in this role, you'll have...
    • Technical experience in a full stack software development role
    • Experience with MS SQL database, .NET (C# and VB.NET), HTML/CSS/JavaScript
    • Knowledge of Classic ASP
    • Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject (Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology)
    • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English to work as part of a global organisation
    • Clear experience in database and programming, and Secure Software Development practices and standards
    • Great team working skills, willing to collaborate and work together to drive great outcomes
    • An unusually high attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or notice when things 'just don't look right' - and motivated to follow these through to resolution
