    Position Overview:

    As a Tele-Marketing Protégé, you will embark on a journey to learn and develop the fundamental skills required for a successful career in tele-marketing. This position is designed to provide you with comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to become a proficient tele-marketing professional. You will work closely with experienced tele-marketers, gaining exposure to various aspects of the role, from customer engagement to product knowledge and sales techniques.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
    • Receive personalized guidance and mentorship from senior tele-marketers to help you navigate challenges and improve your skills.
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
    • Listen actively to customer responses, concerns, and objections, and adapt your approach to foster positive interactions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
    • Work with supervisors to assess your performance against established goals and metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science background
    • A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
    • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • A self-motivated and industrious achiever
