The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for expanding the introduction and maintenance of anchors, guilds, or institutions.
• Fully responsible for screening potential guilds/institutions, long-term maintenance, and guiding residency.
• Responsible for researching industry competitors.

The Profile

• More than 1 year of experience in chat/video live streaming product operations, familiar with the characteristics of chat/video live streaming platforms, with an in-depth understanding of users of chat/live streaming products.
• Excellent communication skills, strong business-facing abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively execute multiple tasks.
• Highly goal-driven, and capable of working well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networker and relationship builder.
• Strong team collaborator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Responsible for expanding the introduction and maintenance of anchors, guilds, or institutions.
• Fully responsible for screening potential guilds/institutions, long-term maintenance, and guiding residency.
• Responsible for researching industry competitors.
• Diligent and responsible, with good communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly; possessing strong learning ability, data analysis, and summarization skills.
