    Location: Iskandar Puteri Johor

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the companys products
    • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
    • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

    Requirements

    • Working shift: Rotational Shift 24x7 (Each shift works 9 hours)
    • Must willingly to work on public holidays and weekend
