  • Perform production operator duties
  • Reporting to Executive/Supervisor
  • To operate machinery/equipment
  • Carry out basic maintenance and repair of the machinery/equipment under personal care
  • To inform maintenance any equipment, machinery breakdown for immediate action
  • Maintain and upkeep cleanliness
  • To ensure the smooth operation of all production daily routine
  • To monitor and maintain all process conditions and parameters of the plant as required
  • To control oil loses by minimizing drains, spillage leaks and by eliminating overflows
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior

    • Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM
  • At least 1-2 years experience in semiconductors / electronics or other related fields
  • Knowledgeable and experience in the following operations: Wafer Backgrinding, Wafer Sawing, Tape and Reel, Visual Quality Inspection, Soldering
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Applicants must be able to work on shift
  • Possess own transport
