Description

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure the Company's Group Information Security awareness program meets relevant policy standards and compliance requirements
• Develop, maintain and implement a security awareness program that encourages staffs in constantly applying necessary due diligence and act in a secure manner throughout their daily routine.
• Educate staffs with a basic understanding of the importance of information security, awareness on recognizing and reporting potential indicators of insider/external threats, and taking necessary actions, e.g. how to respond to a suspected security incident, data leakage, phishing attempt, etc.
• Periodically conduct testing and awareness exercise in social engineering, e.g. Phishing exercise for staffs and subsequently lead the remediation exercise to address the exceptions and weaknesses.
• Create a metrics framework that can collectively and effectively measure and demonstrate the state of security awareness in Averis, and keeping management abreast with relevant statistics and reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Good written and communication skills in English. Understand Chinese (speak, read and write) is an advantage.
• Around 8 year working experience in IT security governance, risk and compliance
