- Respond on all incoming enquiry/request from clients and others BV Office.
- Coordinating FTEs and NEs movement (with advised from Branch Manager).
- To enter FTEs and NEs time utilization in job sheet record / movement record.
- Monitoring FTEs and NEs on reporting and client related issues.
- Issuing billing instruction (PO, timesheet, reporting etc) for invoicing purposes prior to submit to Branch Manager for approval. To enter records in job sheet record.
- Monitoring for NE claims & others (suppliers) prior to submit to Branch Manager for approval. Claims to submit to account dept once asap within 3 working days, if possible. (Please check the rates & expenses and work related).
- Execution inspection job assign by Branch Manager as per BV Procedure.
- Having 1-5 years working experience in the related field.
- Good in local language and English language, written and spoken is desirable.
- Strong documentation skills required.
- Qualified Welding Inspector Level II with Basic Rigging & Slinging is advantages.
