Description

• Monitor, control and evaluate overall company's oil palm plantations regarding implementing & maintaining good agricultural practices according to the company's directions
• Responsible to lead and oversee field operation, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting , transportation & infrastructure
• Having responsible of formulating and planning budgets, quality control and financial functions for all of the plantations
• To supervise, train and assess all of Estates' Managers in achieving optimum productivity and work quality
• Ensuring all of the field operations are appropriately staffed & labor requirement set
• Initiate to maximize the production quality of fresh fruit bunch (FFB)
• To conduct close monitoring and to ensure that all operations and activities within the estate are according to the practice and guidelines provided by the company
  
  

• Preferably a candidate who possess a Degree/Diploma in Agricultural Science/Forestry/Plantation Management or related discipline
• Candidates without tertiary education but in hands on experience will be considered
• A proactive, detailed oriented, dynamic leader & team player with good analytic, problem solving, communications & interpersonal skills
• Preferred languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage
• At least 8-10 years of hands on working experience in palm oil estate and management and is familiar with field operational management
• Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & labour force, ensuring employee's welfare is being taken care of
• Those with experience in estate operational management in planning, costing, budgeting, execution & monitoring are highly desired
